Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

FansTime respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data processed through the platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information FansTime processes, why it is used, who may receive it, how long it may be retained, and the rights that may apply to you.

FansTime is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Additional identity and age verification may apply to Creators and Adult features.

2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use FansTime, we may process account identifiers, email address, display name, profile information, messages, reviews, support communications, bookings, call participation records, subscription status, transaction and credit records, payout information, device and technical data, security logs, usage activity, and preferences.

For Creators we may also process legal name, date of birth, country information, identity and age verification status, payout account details, tax-residence information, and records showing acceptance of the current Creator Payout Agreement.

Where identity or Adult verification is required, verification material may include identification documents, images, selfie/video evidence, verification decisions, review notes, and versioned age or legal attestations needed for safety and compliance.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to create and secure accounts; provide profiles, bookings, instant and scheduled calls, messaging, subscriptions, credit and payout features; process transactions; provide support; send service communications; maintain records; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate disputes; enforce platform rules; and improve reliability and user experience.

Identity, age and Adult verification data is used to determine eligibility for restricted features, protect minors, prevent impersonation and fraud, enforce platform rules, and meet applicable safety or legal obligations.

Messages may be checked by automated and LLM-assisted moderation used through Base44 integrations to identify potentially prohibited content for review or enforcement. FansTime does not describe those checks as a substitute for human review where human review is appropriate, and does not claim that decisions producing legal effects are made solely by an automated model.

4. Legal-Basis Categories

Depending on the processing activity and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform or prepare a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling and service operation, or rely on consent where consent is required. The applicable basis can vary by feature, data type and jurisdiction.

5. Service Providers and Integrations

FansTime uses Base44 for application infrastructure, authentication and backend services; Stripe for payment processing; Daily for video-call infrastructure; and protected-media storage for restricted media. Email-delivery integrations process service messages that FansTime sends.

If you choose to connect optional integrations, Telegram and Google Calendar may process the data needed to deliver those connected features. Payment, identity/age verification, hosting, storage, communications, security, analytics or professional-service providers may also receive the limited information necessary to perform their contracted role.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including to courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, professional advisers, or other parties needed to protect users, FansTime, or third-party rights and safety. FansTime does not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

FansTime uses essential browser storage needed for authentication, security, preferences and core application state. Optional acquisition or analytics storage is used only after the applicable consent. The current first-party inventory and retention behavior are described in the Cookie Notice.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used, including to provide the service, maintain account and security records, meet accounting or tax requirements, handle payment disputes and chargebacks, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.

Identity, age verification, transaction, payout, refund, chargeback, moderation and safety records may need to be retained after account closure where lawful retention is necessary. Retention periods differ by record type and applicable legal obligation; FansTime does not promise immediate erasure of records that must lawfully be preserved.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Rights requests can be limited where applicable law permits or requires us to retain or continue processing information, including for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes.

9. Account Deletion Requests

You can request account deletion from Settings. Submitting the request does not immediately erase all account data. FansTime must first review active subscriptions, bookings, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, investigations and other obligations, and may retain records that must lawfully be preserved.

While a deletion request remains pending, you can cancel it from Settings. A completed deletion process does not remove data that must still be retained for a lawful purpose.

10. Security

FansTime uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and should report suspected account compromise promptly.

11. International Processing

Providers and users may be located in different countries, so personal data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, FansTime applies or requires appropriate safeguards. This Policy does not claim that a particular transfer mechanism applies unless it has actually been established for the relevant processing.

12. Changes to This Policy

The current version and effective date are shown above. We may update this Policy when processing, features, providers or legal requirements change. Where a material change requires renewed acknowledgement or acceptance, FansTime may require a versioned reacceptance before you continue using affected authenticated features.
