Creator Payout Agreement

1. Scope
This Creator Payout Agreement governs withdrawal of eligible Creator Earnings from FansTime. It supplements the Terms of Service. It does not change mandatory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Eligibility and verification
Before withdrawals are enabled, a Creator must provide complete payout details, be at least 18, complete the identity and age verification required by FansTime, and accept the current version of this Agreement. Payout information must be accurate and the payout account must belong to, or be lawfully controlled by, the Creator.
3. Eligible earnings and minimum withdrawal
Only Creator Earnings that are eligible and released under FansTime's payment ledger may be withdrawn. The current minimum withdrawal request is USD 10. Earnings that are held, disputed, refunded, reversed, subject to a chargeback, or otherwise ineligible are not available for withdrawal.
4. Processing and transfer timing
FansTime aims to review and process eligible withdrawal requests within 7 business days. After a payout is sent, the receiving bank or payment rail may take approximately 1–5 additional business days. These are operational estimates, not guaranteed settlement times.
5. Currency, fees and taxes
The payout profile identifies the payout currency supported for the Creator. Intermediary or receiving banks may impose their own conversion or transfer fees. Creators are responsible for their own tax, invoicing, registration and reporting obligations unless applicable law requires FansTime to collect, report or withhold an amount.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and reserves
Creator Earnings may be reduced, reversed or held when the underlying Fan transaction is refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, or otherwise not payable under the Terms. FansTime may hold an amount while a payment dispute, fraud review, identity issue or legal obligation remains unresolved.
7. Delays, rejection and suspension
A withdrawal may be delayed or rejected if required payout information is incomplete or inaccurate, verification is pending or unsuccessful, funds are not eligible, the request conflicts with payment provider rules, or FansTime must comply with fraud-prevention, sanctions, court, regulatory, tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
8. Changes and termination
The version and effective date are shown above. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, withdrawals remain disabled until the Creator accepts the current Agreement. Closing or restricting a Creator account does not eliminate valid refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, withholding, verification or legally required record-retention obligations.
