How to write a thoughtful personalized video message request

A good video greeting brief helps the creator understand the recipient, the reason for the message and a natural tone without oversharing personal information. FansTime's pre-recorded message ordering is planned but not yet available; this guide helps prepare a future request.

Explain who the message is for

Use the first name the recipient is comfortable sharing and explain their connection to the creator's work. A musician might hear that a song helped with a milestone; an actor might learn which project the recipient loves.

Avoid addresses, contact details, sensitive personal history or any information the recipient would not want included in a shareable recording.

Name the occasion and desired tone

Birthday, graduation, congratulations, anniversary and encouragement all call for different wording. Decide whether the message should feel heartfelt, celebratory or playful.

Keep the request flexible rather than supplying a strict script. The most natural creator messages use the person's own voice.

Verify the real creator and offered format

A famous name or a broad category page does not establish celebrity participation, endorsement or consent. Look for an actual public profile and the specific service the person has elected to offer.

FansTime currently offers live one-on-one creator calls where available. It does not yet accept orders for prerecorded messages, so there is no recording delivery or turnaround promise.

Compare recorded greetings and live calls

A recorded greeting can be watched later. A live call invites questions and dialogue at a specific time and is subject to the creator's price and availability.

Choose the format that fits the occasion, and read the applicable creator listing before booking any current live session. Never assume a live booking includes a recording or automated gift transfer.
